Prior to 2018, Ontario Personal Care Service regulations were only considered as recommendations. Since then, the Personal Service Setting (PSS) regulation 136/18 has been implemented that applies to all personal care services, providers, and settings in Ontario. As the operator of a business that falls under these provisions, I understand that it is my responsibility to keep up to date on my understanding of, implementation of, and any changes made to these regulations.
